Northwest
Ohio Orthopedics and Sports Medicine provides the
complete package in orthopedic services including orthopedic surgery,
physical therapy, X-Ray and MRI, and Occupational Medicine. Our
licensed professionals specialize in all areas of musculoskeletal
problems including industrial and sport related injuries.
We have four orthopedic surgeons, all accepting new patients.
Areas of specialization include sports and industrial injuries,
osteoporosis, adult reconstruction, and total joints. In addition,
our surgeons provide services to local college and high school sports
teams.
Patient Packet Form: Print and fill out the appropriate form before arriving for an appointment to save some time in the waiting room.

Up, Up, and Away 5K:
The annual event will be held at Emory Adams Park in Findlay on Saturday, August 14, 2010. The registration form is available for download and online registration is available here.
Back-to-School Celebration:
Promedica Urgent Care, OccuHealth and NWO are sponsoring a free Back-to-School event on August 17, 2010 from 5 - 7 p.m. on the NWO Campus featuring activities, games, crafts, safety demonstrations and giveaways. Event information available here.
Golfing for a Cause:
ProMedica UrgentCare and OccuHealth at NWO will host a Charity Golf Outing at Red Hawk Run Golf Course in Findlay, OH on Friday, September 3rd, 2010. Further event information and the golfer registration form is available for download.
5K Pump 'n Go by NWO: The 2nd Annual 5K Pump 'n Go was held on March 20, 2010. A message to participants from Event Director, Joe Distel, is available here.
