NWO has partnered with a wide range of insurance companies to arrange patient care. Please browse our participating providers.

Insurance
As a courtesy to you, we will submit primary and, if applicable, secondary medical claims to your insurance carrier. We will make every effort to verify your insurance benefits however, please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and insurance company. Please bring current insurance cards with you to each visit. In addition, co-pays are expected at the time of service.

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card payments. Payment plans can be arranged through our financial counselor (419) 427-3116. Payment plans can be arranged using automatic debit from a checking/savings account or credit card.

Online Payments
We are able to accept secure payments toward your account balance through our website. Payments can be submitted through credit, debit, checking or savings accounts. An option is available to submit one-time payments, or set up a payment schedule to automatically draw funds from your account on a weekly or monthly schedule.
