Surgeon Information

Bruce E. Heck, MD Dr. Heck is a graduate of the North Eastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM). He completed his residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio and has been working in Findlay since 1997. He is certified by the International Society for Clinical Densitometry (specializing in osteoporosis), as well as being licensed in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy - a non-surgical treatment for many orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Heck is an Associate Professor of Orthopedics at the Medical College of Ohio and has numerous publications in the orthopedic field. He is a board-certified physician in orthopedics through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons specializing in sports and industrial related injuries. He is also a diplomat of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

To allow patients the convenience of scheduling appointments with Dr. Heck, he holds clinics in Findlay at Northwest Ohio Orthopedics (NWO) and in Tiffin at Northwest Ohio Medical Institute.
